My water heater unexpectedly decided to fail and I called Dalton and even though they had a tight schedule they made me a priority. We had Justin out within 45 minutes to officially diagnose the problem and I had a new water heater installed within an hour.

So I am very satisfied with the service provided by the on site techs both times I have had someone at my house. I am a little disappointed in the $500 minimum service for snaking my drain, which was a little over an hour of work. I’m not disappointed with anything the tech did, he was very informative and took right care of my issue, I was just not aware of minimum fee, and would have troubleshot myself had I known it would be a minimum of that amount. Otherwise completely happy with work performed, response time, and communication. Will have to think twice next time about whether I can afford minimum amount, which is a bummer as it is great service otherwise.
